An "SBR" is a completely different animal. If the purchase is categorized and documented as a pistol, end of story. Persons with a physical disability may be limited in the way they have to hold the weapon in order to fire a round.
for a seven inch barrel not bad
Shouldering it does not convert the pistol to an sbr. Even when they said you can't shoulder it I still did because I'm an American and I obey the law…2nd Amendment. Screw the atf and their "opinions".
Off topic but, whered you get that jacket?
you can shoulder them now BUT, You gotta have that strap left on the brace Period. it's not a brace without the strap it's a sbr. put it back on………………..they make a blade type too.
