I have a question about the constitutionality of the ny safe act…seems like heller kind of decided that the ar is acceptable to possess but ny seems to put restrictions on those ar’s similar to what California has done with their restrictions. Now I understand that they are letting you actually have the rifle but it seems unconstitutional that they would restrict a flash hider, adjustable stock, fixed mag release (California) etc would love an explanation or analysis on this thanks love your videos
