The CMMG Banshee is one of the best pistol caliber carbines on the market right now. With its radial delayed blowback, this gun shoots and runs great, and it takes Glock mags! The 45 acp is defiantly one of my favorite calibers to shoot suppressed, and this setup did not let me down with how well it performed suppressed.

Are you using a piston in your can or a spacer?
I am getting alot of wear near my brass deflector from the cases ejecting. Only fired around 150 rounds so far. Are you or anyone else experiencing the same? It's right on the small flat spot mainly right outside of the ejection port.
Awesome video. I am searching the inter webs daily to find a Banshee in 45 acp but they are nowhere to be found. Not sure if I should just order directly from CMMG. Their lead times say 20 weeks. 😩
I just bought one as well. I reload and mine fed my 185 gr LSWC HP and 200 gr LSWC bullseye loads with no failures and good accuracy at 50 yards. It’s a great gun. Waiting on my approval for a rugged obsidian 45. Went with the rugged as it is user serviceable – needed when shooting lead bullets.
I know mechanically it doesn't matter, but astatically I just can't get pass the rearward canted magwell and mags on Glock style PCC's. I did build an 8 inch 9mm conversion using a mil-spec AR15 lower using CMMG's #99D517A barrel and BCG kit. You do have to buy Mean Arms P-Mag conversion kits, but the result is a conventional looking Ar15 pistol that shoots 9mm. CMMG doesn't offer this in .45ACP though, but does in 5.7×28 of all things. Maybe one day.

I just bought a banshee in .45 for the same reasons. However, my can will undoubtedly be in jail for the next 5 months at least. Hope you're loving it so far.
