Vltor "A5" AR15 Stock Kit

Rifle Buffer run 5.1 oz.  Could a person use a A2 Rifle Buffer tube and a Rifle Buffer with a Rifle length spring, and save money, over the Vltor A5 kit?    Is the Vltor A5 kit just to have the ability to use an adjustable stock, while being like a A2 Rifle setup, internally?

Can these use standard M4 type stocks? Or is it just the vltor stock that it can use?

you should do a video on parts that affect recoil/recoil impulse, besides muzzle devices I'd like to know the modifications I could preform to reduce recoil impulse

Then they should state as much on the Bren blog on their website, and IIRC they claimed the project was fully funded. I followed it from the beginning and even placed a preorder like many others. I'm also aware that there was a lot of misinformation and rumors flying around. I got tired of the runaround, lack of updates, and walked.

I put one of these on my MRP and it seemed like I put a brake on this is a fantastic product.

Does this kit noticeably reduce recoil like they're said to be or is that just a sales pitch? And

they were shooting the S out of these at the Magpul class.. I think you'll be seeing more of these in future builds

can a heavier buffer lead to function problems?

You can also get them directly from Vltor's website (That's were I got mine) & they a few different buffer weights (heavier) if your gun is all out of wack.

so if they don't loose money in a down economy on a project you want you are willing to let them hang.. as if they won't continue work on it once they are able to?

If you followed the project at all, and know anything about it, you know it is a labor of love, not profit for VLTOR,

and they did do all the prep work to make the Fortis .. but they can't control when people can afford to buy them though, can they?

I'm no longer a fan of this company ever since the Fortis/ Bren Ten fiasco.
