Misleading video. That 6 inch dobsonian is a far better astronomical instrument than that Nikon camera in every way. Don't use a Barlow lens or any other cheap eyepiece what ever you do.
That telescope has so much more light gathering capabilities it's not funny!
Comparing a Japanese product to a pos chinese crap is funny
Thats water baby😁😁😁😁
Here’s something somebody can try that I discovered by accident, if they have the right eyepieces.
In 1986 I bought a Meade 10” dobsonian for the 1986 Mars opposition, it came with 1-1/4” 25mm and 6mm eye pieces, nothing special. I then bought a 13mm plössl. While showing them to a friend who was curious I, without thinking about it, unscrewed the 6mm off its barrel and it screwed right into the open end of the plössl barrel, they both had the same threads. The 6mm had the same 1-1/4” diameter as the barrel so naturaly I thought “let’s see what it does”! I put the 6mm into the focusing tube and viewed through the 13mm. Well it was nothing short of fantastic! I don’t remember how much the magnification increase was but I’m guessing it was 3-4x maybe more. Views of the moon were also fantastic and thinking of it now I’m guessing the FOV was 1/4 – 1/8°. If the barrels are different lengths it may make a difference in the magnification, not sure on that. I sold everything in the '90s so I can’t check it. Someone out there must have a couple eyepieces that will combine in such a manner. Give it a try and see what happens.

The only problem on Nikon's part is compression artifacts. I think you would get way better results using single shot (in raw if possible) instead of video
How many rupees for this camera
Zoom in the P1000 into the telescope
wasted my 1 minute of life
Mars is dancing for the camera! Such a drama queen.
Хуйня. Вот очки моей училки, аж глаза выжигали летом в тени.
Should just be comparing optical to optical as you can digitally zoom either in post-process. So appears to me from that comparison you get about 3x larger optical (non-degraded) image from the telescope. As pointed out, you can easily improve that to be 6x or even 9x by using a 2x or 3x Barlow, which will make the image dimmer but not degrade it (essentially an optical zoom). Since Mars is bright, you should be able to handle the dimming by increasing the ISO slightly on the camera. So, yeah – telescope wins for image quality. Just up to you to decide if it’s worth the extra cash. Although if you add up the price of a lower end Canon DSLR still capable of imaging very well plus this telescope and a Barlow, it’ll probably be the same as Nikon P1000 camera. So – yeah. If you want to image the planets and have $1000 or so, the telescope plus DSLR route is the way to go.
Telescope is best
Hello I like your vidéos. I would like to know what tripod I can use to take photos with the nikon p1000 ?
Thank you for the answer
Eu pergunto: com uma Nikon dessa da pra tirar fotos nesse nível, porque o hubble não tira fotos mais nítidas dos planetas? Uma vez que ele se encontra já la no espaço
P1000 with 3000mm vs tele 1200mm?
That mars on both side moving and not solid think, mars was a star!!!
I have a Meade telescope ETX 105 mm.The footage of Mars with the Nikon P900 are good/better. The moon is also well detailed by the Nikon P900.
Lovely. I think you may use a filter, so that we can see clear pictures.

Can I zoom my future with that camera?
can u hook up the p1000 to a telescope for further zoom?

What a comparison…
I have completed 5k likes only one like was left for 5k which I did.. first time in my life.😎😎
Mujhe sirf ye pata hai… Duniya pagal hai… Aur ye sab hua.. Inke chutiya telescope se.. Ha ha ha…
Me nahi madad karunga kisi ki.. Kabhi Socha tha… Duniya ko andhere se bahar nikalunga.. Yaha pe chutiye log chutiyo ki baat sunte hai.. Why should I worry… Waise bhi khatam. Ho jaoge.. Bekar me itni mehnat karu.. Gaali khau…kisliye..🤣
Sab pagal hai… Me duniya ko ek mental institution manta hu.. Jaha doctor bhi pagal hai.. 🤣…. Wohi wali baat.. Insan pagal ho jaye… Janjeero me. Daal de… Ab yaha to janjeer bhi pagal hai… 🤣.. System badalna.. Me ye sochta tha… Per system ke log isi duniya se hai… Ek pagal ko idher udher rakh ke kya fayda.. 🤣… Mujhe aaj tak ek single banda nahi mila.. One person man womna shemale transgender.. Gays lesbians.. Kisi me bhi… Ek me akkal nahi… Kya karunga me.. Ha ha ha… Ab tumko hi dekh lo…. Normal. Ho tum.. Ghanta.. Ha ha ha.. Duniya ulti hui padi hai… Dekh ke gussa ata rahta hai… Is duniya me paida hua.. Mere se pehla wala conceive nahi hua.. Me sochta hu… Mera bhai ya behen jo bhi tha.. Lucky hai.. Bach gaya… 🤣 Me pattak gaya.. In pagalo ke beech me… Isliye me himalay jana chahta hu.. Permanently… Jab tak is society me hu.. Apke jaisa pagal dikhunga..hu nahi… But I will mimic… Chutiya bhi dikhunga… Just to get away from society.. Or until I get away.. Ab samjhe… Why I used to laugh my ass off… This is the reason.. Me jaha dekhta hu… Meri hassi chutt jati hai.. Kitna bhi control karu… Kuch ladkiya mujhe pagal samajhti thi.. Jab dekho hassta rehta hu… Come to this side.. Challenge hai agar hassi rok pao to… 🤣.. 24 ghante hassoge.. Raat ko bhi comedy sapne ayenge… 🤣..

hopefully, one day, there'll be an affordable camera or telestcope when you can see someone waving at you from Mars. :p
What if you look trough the telescope with the camera?🤔 😂
Aperture is still king.
Nice video I've always wanted a comparrision between the nikon image and a telescope image. Great job keep up the good work!
