Perfect example of how dentists and chiropractors mount their scopes… Most of us understand simple mechanics, and can do this job just as good in about 15 minutes.
Well of course Larry Potterfield is going to try and peddle everything they sell on Midway to help you mount a scope. Still a great company to deal with though.

I’ve never lapped rings and never seen anyone do it either. Is it really that important? I can see a big difference in the video before and after lapping.
Sweet, this makes perfectly good sense much the same way that LINE BORING for a new Cam Shaft install. Keeps every thing in un stressed alignment . Thanks Larry.

Get in touch with every gun club etc that you know and be on the same sheet of music for when the time comes do defend your 2nd amendment rights! Remember, the government wanting to take your guns is the reason we have the 2nd amendment in the first place!!!
You gotta be pretty stupid to use your scope for a wrench. But I'm sure it's a common occurrence or else you wouldn't have said it.
Is there a torque specification on trigger and stock for remington 700 308?
Ahh yes it will only cost me $350 of tools before I mount my NC Star scope from Amazon
