I hate guns, hate hunting, hate war, hate murder. Regardless, AR-15 style rifles are important for civilians to have access to, as they're a very well-suited platform for people of any body size, strength, or firearms skill to use for self and family defense in wide open areas such as a country home or wilderness environment.
They're lightweight for a rifle, yet low recoil, accurate and effective at stopping murderers.
What are people who want them banned thinking women, elderly, and disabled people who live in rural homes or recreate in the woods should do to protect themselves from armed criminals?

Okay genius, it’s a modified assault rifle. It’s no longer an auto, but a semi auto. It’s not a sporting gun, as you can’t hunt with it. The example of killing hogs is not hunting, but eliminating predators. Which is fine. For the most part, this gun has no place outside of the military. Now, I have no problems with guns, I grew up with them, and the NRA USED TO BE a great organization. Now, it’s just a bunch of gun nuts who only cite part of the 2nd amendment. Tucker Carlson is nothing but a Trump lover, who spews lies for ratings. Sadly, FOX allows him and Hannity to speak their lies and falsehoods. Even more sad, their followers believe them.
