The Poor Man's EOTECH – $99 Sightmark Ultrashot R-Spec Full Review + DEMO

I was extremely impressed with this new version of the Sightmark Ultrashot R-Spec Holographic rifle sight. I know Sightmark has had some quality control issues with the Ultrashot line in the past, but this new version has no issues I could find. Its very clear, super fast target acquisition, plenty bright, good battery life, and nice reticles. It’s not an EOTECH, but it sure is close, and the $99 price makes it an incredible value. 1. EO-Techs are for people with night vision and who abuse their rifles with hard drills. AimPoint is my go to, only fun guns like 10-22 and 3D printed guns get the cheapo optics, not worth dropping a ton of money on something I switch out out frequently. (purposefully fun ones, I would still drop a good quality dot on a more purpose built printed gun.)
