The Cabela’s AR Riflescope has nice clear glass with an illuminated BDC reticle, cantilever mount, side parallax and a $200 price tag. Many of the Cabela’s scopes even carry a lifetime warranty.
Neither Cabela’s nor TekMat has paid me to endorse their products, I buy them, use them and enjoy them, you might enjoy them too.

Great review. A lot of people that wear glasses don't realize how much they can effect what you see through a scope.. If I use my distance glasses (I shoot left handed) With a prism lens for my left eye the image is a little out of focus, but if I use my computer glasses for up close ( 2-3 feet ) the image is perfect from 30 ft. to 25 yards.. Figure that one out 🙂 Happy Easter Richard
Do all cabela scopes come with rings already on?
Vortex apparently manufactures Cabela brand Optics
I bought the same scope for my new AR build and through research found out its made by Burris.
Will this scope hold zero on a.30-06, in your opinion?
Frist review I've seen on a Cabela's scope. Cool!
Just picked up one of these this week (the 308 reticle) FOR MY .450 Bushmaster AR. REALLY looking forward to getting out. Thanks for the good video on the scope.
Thank you
Thanks for showing this scope. Just got my PSA build kit together I won off of Alaskan Ballistics channel and thinking about a scope instead of the TRS dot I won also. And noticed something different about bench didn't realize till you mentioned new mat. Yep I like the gray also gonna check one out. Thanks buddy
I like the scope pretty well.I do not like that big Knot of a battery by my eye piece.Im do like illuminated reticles. I had I had this scope for a while but sold it.I but opted for a Vortex Diamondback Tactical FFP 4-16×44
What is a first focal plane scope?
Damn, what a tease this vid was, I was Hopeing for range time after the scope was mounted, Oh well, I guess it ain't X-mas is it, lol. Would love to see some 100yd groups with different ammo, just to see what it can do, 30, 40, an 50 gr loads. I have a 40 + yr old marlin 782 model that can an will shoot 1/2" in groups w/ win fMJ'S @ 100 yd s, can't wait to see what yours will do, thx for the vid, gobble, gobble.
