Great review. I'll be getting one of these but I'm concerned about the lifespan of the product as the plastic looks unacceptably low quality.
I just now bought that speed loader & adapter on Amazon. I couldn't find the 50 round drum magazine anywhere, even at Joe Bob's. All the companies that sell that drum seem to be out of it. So, this is my alternative!! Really wanted the drum, but, I guess that's not to be, at least for now. Thanks for the video. I sent it to myself so I could see what I'm going to do with it.

I have been using the shake version for my ruger mark iv. it works great. do you get tiny jams sure but ya just tap in on the bench and get back to loading. I am able to load 6 mags in less than a minute.
It's a great design, but poorly executed. I'm on my 3rd or 4th Lightnin' Grip Loader and they all break at the same points where the screws secure the two sides together. I've also had multiple adapters break. All pieces break with the same longevity at 3000-5000 rounds.
I knew you would like it! I need simple as well. Slow and steady works best with this loader. I just loaded 10 mags in about 3 min. Hardest part is keeping the hopper full.
