Not a bad list. I’d definitely recommend the IWI Zion Z-15. It’s a under 1k rifle or pistol. Can never go wrong wth IWI they been around since 1933.
I have the Diamondback DB-15 with an Eotech holo. Works pretty well for me.
The Smith and Wesson M&P 15 Sport 2 is a very solid AR for the price. I personally like building them because you can definitely save money that way and when you build it you get to actually see how each part works on it. PSA's are awesome and the quality of their uppers are very good.

I have quality ARs, but my daughter wanted a value rifle to shoot occasionally and I bought her a Del Ton. I was surprised st the quality and value. However, this was 2 years before the recent insanity. Not a bad lower end rifle.
