  1. Fellas, this is excellent advise, I worked the streets for 4 years, everything he said is absolutely correct. Just to pick up where Paul left off, if all attempts that he advised failed, remember comply, I cannot stress this enough. In the end you will win, but in the meantime they will use whatever force required to gain your compliance, there's no use in you dying. This isn't the movies and you aren't Rambo, no matter what they will always out number you. Make them look like fools in the courtroom, not on the streets. Just as they are gauging you, you gauge them. If they stop listening, it's time to stop talking. Keep your mouth shut, comply and I can 100% promise you this will work in your favor. I'm not trying to take's sides here, just passing on what I learned in the streets.

  2. In my 62 yrs on earth only had one semi bad Experiance. This was regarding parking in front of Myers grocery store waiting for my ladies. I was also carrying that day. Quickly I defused the situation and apologized and moved my truck.

  3. So what about the thousands of videos on the internet of sadistic cops violating rights, assaulting, torturing, and killing people. There are more than a handful or just a few bad cops. There are major problems with LEO’s across the country.

  4. It’s absolutely their fault! If they are arresting you or citing you they need to know the damn laws you’ve broken! Also them going to work afraid is ridiculous. Are problems in America are police are completely out of control!! They been attempting to militarize and that’s backwards!! Policing is not remotely like being a soldier yet they approach their job as if they are going to war everyday. If your an officer and you get scared at work you shouldn’t be an officer. It’s just sad this whole “they are just trying to make it home alive” is disgusting and borderline psychotic. Yes the world is dangerous if that scares you don’t enter the force. They been killing people for decades because they “feared for their life” sorry that’s not acceptable!!! You better have real proof you where in real danger or be prosecuted to the fullest extant of the law. Happens to civilians all the time why do we give them this license to kill but hold non trained citizens to a higher standard?!?!?!!! Police should be there to keep the community safe not themselves. If they can do both awesome but like in Miami last year they murdered 2 citizens trying to kill a couple robbers. Google the video it’s beyond insane but that’s police in America shoot first because at worst you’ll be suspended with pay. They are not in danger 90% of the time they are just nervous psychos with guns.

  5. Now at 8:12 seconds you’re telling me it’s my job to educate these ignorant pigs on the rules of their job? This thought process is a huge problem. They should be required to know the laws before they can enforce them. If the pay isn’t high enough maybe they should think about their career choice being the equivalent of a McDonald’s employee being told how to flip a cheeseburger by a customer. Although your advice provides legal truth it also provides a misconstrued idea of the possible outcomes for say a black guy in my racist ass city.

  6. i had a traffic stop take 45 minutes cause the rookie was concerned i had my work rifle and body armor on the back seat. sat waiting for the sgt to show up to clear everything up

  7. A girl rear ended my car and I was running with an AR pistol. When we were waiting for the sheriff I disassembled it and spread the parts through out my car. I notified her I had my CPL and she asked what I had, packing my 9mm pistol and AR pistol. She asks "Where is the AR" and I say "the AR PISTOL is taken apart" and she asks for more detail and I let her know the locations of all the parts. Well she sent me on my way, but not sure what would have happened if I didnt take it apart.

I'm printing the law now to assist uninformed cops who meet my AR pistol.

  8. All this SBR/brace/SBS stuff is NFA.
Funny how cops know just enough about that to arrest people thinking it's illegal.
But the FEDERAL laws regarding the border and being here illegally? Why, it's a sanctuary city/county! Can't do that!
This is why being mindlessly pro-police in the face of the left who wants to defund the police is not a good idea. The police should show whose side they are on. If a gun owner needs ATF letters to survive then an illegal alien should not get away with being here in affront to our laws.

  9. With enough authority to ruin someone's life at the same time being ignorant of the law is the reason I am in support of the police being required to carry their own liability insurance similar to medical professionals and malpractice insurance. If the police officer does not possess enough knowledge about the law and is willing to ruin someones life then it should be their responsibility to make the arrested person whole again. Not the tax payers.

Now I understand that all cops cant know all laws but lets make it easier for them. Tell them that the Constitutional Oath they take in the academy is not a suggestion. If a law is repugnant to the Constitution consider it void.

  10. If you dont get there with the supervisor you tell them its an atf violation ask for the atf agent to be called there. Im not sure about your location but there are only 2 provided for my area they aren't coming out for a traffic stop possible gun violation with out a crime association

  11. I am not speaking of every Police Department. The New Albany Police Department in New Albany Indiana is useless to say the least. They rarely investigate burglaries even when there is evidence which results in high burglery offences, will do anything to get out of filing reports and when they do they include the bare minimum that they have to, they selectively enforce the law and have very slow response times, told me that "unless we witness a crime there is nothing we can do" after I called when a mentally ill neighbor pulled a gun on me which was captured on my security camera (only reason I didn't get shot is because I drew my own handgun). Needless to say I will not be calling them again unless I have no choice.

I want to point out additionally that last year someone I knew told me via text he was going to break into my house and steal from me, then did just that and they didn't even question him. He threatened to kill me, and later made an attempt on my life last year, still they did nothing. What is the point of LE if they won't do their job?

  12. Have a print off of federal and state laws governing AR pistols and pistol braces along with a print off of the ATF classification of an AR pistol and pistol brace. Make sure you have the URLs where you printed them off of.

  13. You're 100% correct about the fresh-out-of-the-academy LEO's. Not only do they GENERALLY not know sh*t. Almost all are NOT gun-savvy in any shape or form. For most, I'd say 85-95% of LEO's, their FIRST experience with ANYTHING that goes BANG is in the academy!!! Of course, I'm not blaming them, I just make the point that just because they're on the side of Law and Order, does not mean they're 2A-friendly, or know anything about firearms. They're subject to the noise on the left just as much as anyone. And we know how loud that noise is.

  14. Just put on a damn stock and call it a day. Most gun owners these days are spineless and why we're almost always the defensive. Oh and fuck the police and the spineless Fudds reporting to them.

  15. as a police officer and former Cpl in my department if my guys were this dumb i would suggest they do parking tickets only let real officers do real work

  16. One point. Cops are not obligated to call a supervisor. The officer that isn't responding to calm conversation is the one least likely to call a supervisor.
