Stag Arms 16β AR-15 unboxing and first impression. It came w/ magpul grips, trigger guard, and adjustable stock. I got the Sig Sauer Romeo 5 fitted at a separate cost and a bunch of extras for the build series π
Description (Source: Stag Arms)
Stag 15 Tactical Rifles are chambered in 5.56 NATO and built around a 16″ barrel with a 1/7 twist rate. They use an M16 bolt carrier group, Stag 13.5″ M-LOK Handguard and Magpul furniture. These rifles have an A2 Flash Hider to reduce muzzle flash and a mid-length gas system, that is combined with a low-profile gas block, which provides reliability under any condition.
The free-floating Stag 13.5″ M-LOK Handguard features a slim, lightweight profile that offers increased ergonomics, maximum airflow, and modularity while continuing to provide the utmost strength and durability. The handguard provides an uninterrupted picatinny rail along the top which allows room for sights, optics and accessories the shooter may require. The Quad option on the handguard adds picatinny sections as part of the handguard on the muzzle end. The rifle is completed with a Magpul MOE SL Stock, MOE Pistol Grip, MOE Enhanced trigger guard and PMAG.
Every complete AR15 rifle from Stag Arms comes with a Transferable Lifetime Warranty, an Infinite Shot Barrel Guarantee and a magazine.

I just seen one in my local pawn shop for 899$ but with tax itβll be 989$ think I should go for it ?
i just bought 1, im very interested what u do.
Nice video. Thanks for buying a Stag!
Is 1000$ a good price on one
Stag Rifles are very reliable and can be very accurate depending on the shooter's skill level, also they will not have you taking out another mortgage on the house just to purchase one.
Hey do you know how to remove the handguard?
Trying to put a vertical grip on but cant seem to take handguard off Help!
I bought my Stag AR in Feb 20 and finally got it mid april. Stag arms are slow with production but they are well made rifles and are very sexy once mods are applied.
I just got this same one yesterday. Canβt wait to get it
I have one too , great choice π€
Can you shoot 223 and 556 in this weapon?
Mine also came with a Magpul mag too
I just bought this same AR… I would love to see your build bro
Cool good luck with your build
Nice review of a great firearm. Had a southpaw Stag 15 now for about a year. Over 3 thousand rounds, not one issue. Tried to keep it light so I mounted a Romeo 1, San Tan Tactical lower (cause of the lefty thing) an Ergo AT grip, a Battlelink minimalist stock and a CMC single stage 2.5 lb trigger. Now all my 308 friends want AR15s.
Big plans for a gun, man you need a girlfriend or boyfriend!π
Hey, have you tried taking the handguard off yet?
Have you cleaned it yet. Curious on the bcg they use. Or how it looks
Got one on layaway at a local store. Its gonna be my first rifle. Very excited. Thanks for the vid
I had gone into a gun store in Burbank here in Los Angeles to buy some ammo when I saw this rifle on the wall.
I should have known better but I asked the salesperson if I could hold it. Couple minutes later I was filling out the paperwork and handing over my credit card heh.
Great rifle, shoots like a dream, makes a great companion for my Stag M4 5.56 AR. Came equipped with an AR maglock so I can have all of my "evil" features, no shark fin grips allowed in this household!
I just purchased the same one today. I canβt wait to get it . Iβm curious to see what else you do to yours.
I just bought one today looking to get out tomorrow and shoot it. I'm putting a 350 legend upper on it for deer hunting when I'm not hunting coyotes with 5.56.
You should get out and practice.
That is a nice ar my firend stag makes some nice rifles I have a stag myself
Pull your foam out, there should be a barrel wrench end in there. It fits on a 3/8" torque wrench.
I just got one last week as well except mine is the 10.5 inch barrel (aka pistol). Excellent rifles.
#2A/ALLDAY
I've been thinking about copping one. My boy just got one a few weeks ago. Kinda feeling the one in FDE though…
i got one great gun
I bought the same one in earlier this year and I love it i haven't shot much steel out of it but it ran it fine ( also putting a length of bike inner tube over the grip 10/10 would recommend π)
Built my rifle off stage upper and lower. This is a great off the shelf build ya have mine I have fn barrel mid length love that. Have tons of small upgrades but drop in trigger was one really enjoyed most. Great lookin rifle
