In this video I walk through how to install a Law Tactical Folding Stock Adapter (Gen-3) onto an AR-15 Lower Receiver. The host weapon I use is a Sugar Weasel by Q LLC.
For the installation you’ll need a few tools. In the video I use a Fix-It-Sticks set: Along with the Castle Nut Wrench:

Anybody have success in uninstalling one? Mine is stuck lol
What happens if you shoot at when it's folded would the bolt Carrier hit you in the chest lol
Is like to know the length of pull with the sba3
Great video! Thank you! Where can I find those torque “wrenches” for the keys you used? (Ex: 25 in/lbs).
Where's the follow up review on this man???
Nice looking rifle.
The amount of balls it takes to put this together outside while in the snow is baffling… or , your edit team fixed all the fuckups you had and you have a pile of detents and springs you will finally need to look for when spring kicks in … thanks for the video guys and congratulations on all the success !
Just finished my install!! No snow since I’m in sunny south florida!! Thanks for making it look as easy as it is to install!
Thanks for this video. I was able to install on my pistol.
I use loctite on everything.
Is Ivan not with TFB anymore?
I can't believe you are doing this shit over snow. I have lost bike parts in snow and had to wait for the snow to melt out…
Your dry humor just got you a new sub 😂 Made the whole thing very enjoyable to watch.
What trigger is that installed on your lower?
At first I was worried there wasn't many up close shots but I love your pace and style. 👌👍
Does this affect the gun to where the buffer weight may need to be changed?
What is the tool and torque attachment you are using?
Why are you doing this outside
Be careful if you do this. Adding the folding stock adapter will increase your length of pull past 13.5" if you are using the same exact stock. Which will turn your pistol brace into a stock. And thus making it an SBR. You have to buy an SB tactical length of pull limiter to keep your pistol build legal.
does that now become a SBR with the given length of your brace.
This gave me a hard-on.
Great job, kit. Hoping to get myself hands on one of these soon..
Law definitely makes some quality products.
Mine will be here in 2 days! Thanks @primaryarms!
I have two questions where did you get the tool that you used in the video and is the law tactical reversible
Sweet shirt. Appreciate the video. Well done.
Awesome idea outside in snow! I use a magnet for springs
whats the color of the lower for spray paint?
Will these work with the radial delayed CMMG 9mm AR uppers??
What is the torque bit you are using. That is pretty cool.
What tool is that… I have the chinezume version of the law tac… I have put about 1500 round through it and no problems .. 39.00 …
Gorgeous rifle kit , what are the specs?
So, the best place you found to shoot this video was outside in the snow? Good contrast but man, I'd hate to lose parts in the snow. Seriously, good video.
And…your AR just gained another 10.5 ounces.
Weighs more than my tactical cup holder on the stock.
That is a dead sexy piece of kit. Thanks for the video.
Key points for success:
– Always do this in the snow or at the beach.
– A crossed thread is a tight thread.
Sick build
So, the SBA3 brace fully extended comes up to right under 13.5” length of pull.. the folder adds another 1-1/2” putting you into the “danger zone” as far as laws for a pistol is concerned… am I the only one worried about this?
