  1. Hey, you posted this last night and I started typing a reply but by the time I was done the video was changed to private so I literally emailed myself the comment because I wanted to make sure you got it when you republished the video…

Some encouragement… You may feel like a fool while sitting in a room staring at a camera but the truth is you are wise. You are choosing to share your thoughts and experiences with those who have need of such perspective. You have paid the price for the knowledge and have taken on the task of trial and error to test these lights and the rest of use who have yet to do so benefit greatly from your willingness to expose yourself to a global audience. For that I say, bravo and thank you. Suggestion: Add some amazon affiliate links because you might just sell a few and deserve some compensation for your effort. I ordered the Mini 2 for a .380 a few minutes ago and am looking into the TLR7 for my larger caliber handguns. I wanted to know if it was worth the additional expense and your video helped me greatly. THX

  2. Awesome review man. One thing I've noticed in the backwoods, having grabbed and/or used my gun in the middle of the night (never defensive, only for property management) is that muscle memory and familiarity is key. Folks sometimes say that you will be not awake or disoriented but that has not been my experience. Wife wakes you in alarm and you hear something serious- adrenalin kicks in, and it's go time. Things like shot noise or bright light hardly get registered, and my mind focuses on situational awareness above all. Even overly bright lights inside the house don't really hinder when the mind is focused. Just the 2 cents of a country boy so maybe I'm wrong. Really like the channel. Thank you for your work and the comparison

  3. Wow of all the videos I’ve seen NO ONE but you has mentioned that the olight will decrease in power let alone show the transition in the video. For that reason I think I’m going to go with the trl7a. Great review

  4. First off breddah u sound jamaican are you? I am and i kept hearing the accent creep out haha. As far as the lights go i just 2 days ago sold my PL 2 valkyrie to buy the TLR 7 A. Im running it on my FN 509 Mrd and i love how it looks and fits flush. I like the fact it has a strobe feature (wish u would have covered that) i dnt miss the o light.

  5. This was the first video of yours that I encountered. Trying to decide if it was worth it to get the streamlight because the olight is the only pistol light i have. I just ordered a TLR-7 based on your review. I've spent the morning going through a bunch of your other videos. I love the whole vibe of your channel. So many gun channels are almost aggressive in the way they deliver info. It's seriously refreshing to see someone that isn't trying to make room for their ego on camera. This is some awesome work that you're doing.

  6. Stumbled upon your channel looking for info on my setup (G19 gen5 MOS w/Venom and TLR-7). I like your style – knowledgeable, technical, articulate, thorough, reasonable, and real. Keep up the good work.

  7. I really dig your PPQ videos. Thats a sick piece youve built. Yours inspired me to put a Jarvis barrel in mine, though as a plumber naturally I went with copper 🙂
But now that im on the market for a light, I knew where to look. Keep up the good work!

  8. I have the TLR-7a as my first light in my G45. I have been pleased with it. I will spend just as much time ‘dry lighting’ as I do practicing ‘dry firing’. Getting that light to turn on and off when you want takes practice. Especially when also working on trigger control. There are a lot of things happening around a pistol trigger, and that takes practice.

  9. Great video " you made me see the light 🤔 ..but seriously…was pricing lights yesterday at a local gun shop…it's a tough purchase because another couple hundred bucks will score you a new or used gun …yikesss

  10. Yep my comment got denied last night once I hit send too lol thought it was me at first!! So technically I don’t need to watch this I guess haha enjoyed last nights upload 👍🏼 lol

  11. I have the crimson trace green laser light combo on my Smith and Wesson shield performance center 9mm with factory night sights. Its blinding and I keep it on the strobe setting. I'd like to buy another just as a back up.
