Great job. I put my safety thumb pin in from the wrong side to start with, but once i saw the indention on the right side i got it. Thanks
Showing the small parts as they assemble would help. Video taping from 8' away is difficult to see for us that are not as proficient as others.
Awesome video, my friend.. Got yourself another sub AND now I get to tear down my lower that I finished this morning. Knew I had forgotten something. One little f'n spring and I could figure it out..
This noob builder thanks you mucho..
This is one of the most useful guides on YT for a first time assembler. The black parts, black mat, black t-shirt and dark background conceal a lot of the detail. Increased contrast would make this infinitely better. Nonetheless, a great summary of parts, where they go, how to not send them into your eyeball and what they do.
Very informative and I like how you describe each piece that you're putting in, however I would have liked you to zoom in as you're putting various pins in so that I can see up close as you slide a particular part in, the back camera angle doesn't help me much cuz I'm very visual… But otherwise great video
I appreciate your video for my first build. But I do want to say, and sorry to be that guy, but I found an easy way to install that front pivot pin without losing it. Just sit the stripped lower upright, install spring, carefully set divot on top of spring, apply pressure slowly with pin. Push through and done.
How important is it to grease the buffer tube threads for the castle nut assembly?!
This guy has a bazooka on his wall! That's pretty serious. Where's the build episode for that?
Where do you buy the "Slave Pin" that holds the trigger assembly together? That is the only tool not on your Website. Thanks!
Excellent!
I enjoyed the video, i liked and subscribed.
I've done this enough times to do it in my sleep….I'd why I'm still here watching.
Good video tho, glad to see there's still some up.
Does anyone know where to find a good close up video of the catch pin release having a horrible time with mine the spring does not fit the hole what so ever.
Thanks so much for this video. I watched it and followed along. Made it so much easier than I thought! Oh and you buffer tube is so much better than the one I had…
Needs more closeups. One operation was done on the back side of the receiver, away from the camera view. Closeups are critical.
Awesome video! You walked me step by step through my first AR build! Thank you!
I thought I would purchase a few of the tools used by this idiot to help me on my next builds. After waiting for almost 4 weeks with no notification except the money being withdrawn from my account, I contacted the guy by email and found that he was a rude little shit that told me that if I didn't like the wait, that I didn't have to do business with him. He and I exchanged some pleasantries through several emails which he treated like he was a triumphant shithead because he didn't back down to a customer that was originally inquiring about my order. His customer service skills absolutlely suck and I would not recommend purchasing anything from this dipshit unless it is your last choice and even then I would advise against it.
Fantastic video. I have a little more confidence I can do this now. Thanks!
your working on the left side of the lower, with the camera showing us the right side ? flip the thing around !slide rel. geezze
Where’s the info about the tools
When you put the trigger together, you used a detent to keep it all together then placed it into the lower. After you inserted the trigger pin, there was no mention that I’m aware of, what happened to the detent. I’m assuming the trigger pin pushes out the detent and holds everything together.
Thanks
That was one of the best videos I've seen on how to build a lower. Everything was explained and demonstrated. You were also careful not to damage anything. Well done sir!
Why does no one show you what detents to use where
i dont use any tools because i cant have tools with me every where i go i can use a rock and a bullet to assemble and disassemble
i should have watched your video when i made my 2nd build….forgot to put in the disconnect spring
Great video
thanks for the thorough walk through, I am putting my first AR-15 together and your step by step video helped me through the process
Like the video.
It was a bit hard to see with the black on black background, maybe a grey mat would help
I had no idea what the purpose of the trigger guard swingarm was for, thanks for that tidbit!
