  1. I have one and they work great. Although it needs one design change. I added it to mine in the shop. However it could easily be added as a standard feature. Somewhere on the side of the rotating top they should have molded in a quarter inch female threaded nut. That way you could screwed your optic mount adapter into it and had it available at all times. Like for a separate optic or a camera. This way you’ll always have it when you need it and it won’t get lost.

  2. Got one as a gift, without a receipt. No receipt means no warranty as it is only a 1 year warranty as opposed to lifetime. It lasted about 4 months, through about 6 uses. No rain, not abused. First issue, when trigger was depressed the upper body would raise and seperate from the lower body and the legs wont work. When you hold it in place and can move the legs, they are jammed up and stick. To fix the body seperation, the back spine on the body comes off by removing 1 screw. Underneath is a set screw that holds the 2 pieces together by pressure. They do not install with loctite and it backed almost all the way out. I tightened with loctite added, problem fixed. To fix the sticking legs, if you take the "caps" off between lower and upper legs, by twisting it to break epoxy loose, you can remove the lower legs. Inside there is a flimsy teflon ring that appears damage easily and the loose end and damged area is what is jamming up the legs. I have asked Primos to send me a set of the rings. If they do that will fix the leg issue. The "caps" will have to be epoxied back in place. I plan on coating the teflon and inner side of leg with plenty of lube so hopefully the teflon will not get bound up and be damaged again. To finish the season i went back to old faithfull, 2 branches I cut in the field, some paracord, making the trusty free bipod.
