Hey do I need to buy the ar pistol lower and have it in the house before i purchase the 7.5 in upper? I have seen it posted that you can't have a short upper around any regular lowers or rifles. Thanks.
I live in Delaware and am new to AR 15 pistols. How do I go about buying one? He mentions in the video a tax stamp. Does that apply to every state? Thank you.

The milspec tube on the SBA4 is identical to any other milspec including the length, it’s the locking mechanism on the brace itself that limits it to 5 positions. Overall good info though
Anyone know the lower on the ar pistol? The one with the "A" next to the mag well. Trying to build one for myself but I'm new to all of this. Thanks in advance.
Thanks for covering that the ar 15 pistol shoots 5.56×45mm NATO rounds but is that the only type of round it can shoot? My local gun store said it can shoot .223 but it didnt fire when I believe I loaded my ar 15 pistol correctly. So does it shoot .223 Remingtons?
So what’s the difference in the lowers other than the stock? Could I buy an AR15 upper and AR15 pistol upper and buy one AR15 lower and assemble it based on what I’m using it for?
I think I'll stick with my AR rifle and for a pistol, I will get a real pistol, not something that will get me thrown in jail if I accidentally put on a doodad that the ATF doesn't like.

If you have a pistol permit and have an ar15 rifle can you throw a brace and short barrel on the rifle, call it an at pistol, and call it a day?

Florida they changed shotguns and rifles to 21 after the parkland shooting a few years back
If you buy a complete lower can you make it into a pistol lower by changing the stock to a brace?
A bullpup is better if you want the power of a rifle yet handles like a pistol for indoor combat.
