  1. I know this may seem unrelated, but I was wandering if you could help me. I want you to know that overall, I'm happy with Optics Planet. I recently back ordered a Holosun HE515GM from Optics Planet. When I placed the order the item was expected to ship in 10 to 20 days. When I checked a couple of days later, the expected ship date showed 5 to 7 weeks. I since found the same item in stock somewhere else. I know you can cancel orders, but can't find a way to cancel a back order. I was given an order number when I back ordered the item, but when I log into my account and look in my purchase history, there is no record of that order. I placed the order on July 31 if that matters. I don't want to order the item from somewhere else without being assured that the funds will not be taken out of my bank account when the item comes in stock. As you may know, Optics Planet is not taking phone calls at this time, nor are they responding to emails in a reasonably timely manner. I know because I have already attempted both. At this time, the easiest thing for me to do would simply be to cancel the order, if only there was a way to do so. I'm not sure if when the item arrives at their warehouse my order number will then appear. I don't even know weather or not I will be charged when it comes in stock. The funds came out of my bank account almost immediately after I placed the back order, but on the following day I noticed the amount spent was back in my account, and the bank didn't show any record of the transaction.

Sorry for such a long question, but I just wanted to make myself clear.
