Awesome review
I can't take it anymore….
Yea, you dont have 300 flashlights, I'm a flashlight a holic, and I know I don't have anywhere close to 200 maybe a hundred and eighty
I just want to know what that clip does like what’s it for
Surprised they havent had many improvements to their run times and out put yet. Crazy.
Helpful tips on the strobe mode.
What was that first big light that you compared the size to?
What handheld light was that?
Do you recon the textured grips will peel off after 5-10 years? Or are they part of the aluminum body? Need to know if this will survive falling in buckets of coolant or oil without the grips peeling off over time.
I just got my light in. Has anyone had any issues where the low and medium work but when you go to high the led blinks red and the light doesn’t come on even using both switches. Please let me know if you have this issue
Can you still cycle through the modes by long pressing the button? Or is it only from the hi/med/lo switch? I think I'm gonna pick one up from my Cornwell dealer this coming week
I like the new style too but I don't like the high medium and low setting switch I'm pretty sure it'll get in the way on my jobs
I still love the old style with the two buttons. I use on bright setting everytime and the light with the extra battery charger.
So batteries are only able to charge up to 500 times… does anyone know where to get more batteries and a separate charger for said batteries?
Great review. I'm a big fan of Streamlight as well and I loved this flashlight. Like you, I truly LOVE the selector switch type of operation and it is nice to see manufacturers starting to use those more. On a tiny little pocket light, I don't really care, but when you get up to the full sized duty lights–give me a switch!! I also agree that the battery compartment access could have been a little better. But a great light, and in all. Well done.
… Oh, i hoped it was reinforced polymer 🙁
i recently purchased this light, when i point it at my white wall, i noticed a purple/blueish dot at the center, does yours do that?
How long does it take on a charger to fully charge light ?
shady that they don't give the candela on the website.
I just ordered. They won’t last long. 2000 lumens is great in a concentrated beam type of light. I bought the DS HL a few months ago as well. Great lights to have around for power outages.
Why no beam shots??? 🤯
Like the profile pic btw
Good info on the light. I would have liked to seen a light comparison (in use outside) with the Streamlight Protac 5 and the different light modes (Low – high). I have not been a fan on the tailight switch, I have sat on my taillight switchlight from Surefire 9N with nylon gear and the light burned through the top. I have used the streamlight charging systems for years with my stingers and ultrastingers and have not had any issues with them. Another comment, I am not a fan of the strobe system and have never used it.
Thx dude
Can anyone explain to me about the lanyard and how it attach or works
