Is it true that you have to resight everything you replace the battery
I got an XPS2-0 to replace a red dot sight. The red dot is a good sight but it has one problem: It won't tell me if my rifle is canted. For shots out beyond 100 yards I would have to look toward the bottom of the lens of the sight and check the angle of my M1A's front sight before taking the shot. Too time consuming! Failure to do that would result in 6" groups instead of 2" at 200 yards.
The 2-0 with the stadia lines takes care of that. Quicker and more accurate target alignment.
yes it will be fine
Thanks !!! I have been wanting to know about that for a long time ago 😀
Would this sight be okay on an AR with a fixed front sight post?
There are 5 reticles for this particular sight, but they must be ordered in that configuration the reticle can not be changed after. Each reticle has a different model number that goes with it.
I have multiple questions. One are the Eotech XPS models lower 1/3 cowitness like the aimpoints or are they absolute? Second have you looked through the XPS-1 with the basic red dot and if so how big is the dot? Thank you for your response.
I have this model and would recomend to anyone. Perfect and very accurate
0:54…. who's hand was that?!?!
eo tech's are beautys!!
@TheMango121
the different models have different reticles, but not one unit with multiple reticles
Don't these have multiple reticles to choose from?
@aroccop The Dominator mount is designed to allow Co-witnessing without having to buy extra hardware such as a flip up backup iron sight
@STKhero
androids
why does your voice change in like every video?
hey guys quick question.. i just got the eotech exps and getting the tactical operator 2.. what does the DOMINATOR 2 eotech mount exactly do? thanks
Any difference between c123 and c123A batteries?
@ston63a Press the Up button or try Up & Down at the same time
@sinlessorrow I'm sorry, when I posted that they were on sale for that price that is why I wanted to let everyone know. I managed to snag one for the 369.00 price and I'll do a review and show the receipt so you can see I wasn't bs-ing! That sucks though it jumped up, I am very very sorry! 🙁
These are on sale for $369.00 with free shipping on Amazon right now, I just bought one today! Get them while they are hot, that is a smoking deal 29% off
@Lilyunzguy He can't afford a better camera. He spent all his money on the sight.
could this work on a airsoft gun
@CGPAryan There is NO such model.
camera man sucks 🙁
Great review. I've got a line on one of these for $400, and I think you've just convinced me to "pull the trigger"…
@CGPAryan the XPS2-0 has the standard ring and dot, the -1 has single dot, and the -2 had the ring with 2 dots. I may have mixed up the last two, but basically no model carries all 3, they have their own specific reticules
My M4gery has several thousand rounds downrange with a 512, and I've never had battery issues. I'm sure it COULD be a problem, but mainly to full auto shooters.
There are 3 models, each with a different reticle. The 2-0 has the 65 MOA ring and the 1 MOA center dot. The 2-1 has only the 1 MOA dot and the 2-2 has the 65 MOA ring, the 1 MOA center dot and the 1 MOA BDC (bullet drop compensator) dot
The XPS3 series is the same as the 2 series with the exception that it includes support for night vision optics.
As for BUIS, they do not interfere and can be used as a co-witness or if the battery goes dead without having to remove the optic.
i have the magpul flip up rear sight, does it run through the screen of the xps2-0?
as I said, provide the links, their website mentions 6 models, none have all three reticles …
Well,, the XPS -3 is the night vision compatible model (3 buttons) but there are THREE versions of the XPS and TWO models for a total of 6 separate units..
There is no mention on the EO Tech website or anyplace else I've seen that says they make ONE device with THREE reticles in it that can change
If so please provide links, etc
I never owned one, I just hear this a lot (from Aimpoint owners) so I don't want to paint too bleak an image of the EOTechs.. they are popular and I doubt they would be if they all fell apart
I'd ask around for people who own that model to see if there are known issues
the batteries were in-line with the recoil of the firearm
so as the firearm was used the springs were eventually worn out
I guess you have to buy the one with the reticle you like, they make three models
thanks for the feedback, good to hear from owners
you really should get a better camera for the audience
this is the new camera, but the focus was set incorrectly..
