  1. 9:35 "Let's smoke that pot right there." Ha, great video!

I have the original M&P Sport. The only differences from the original to the Sport II were the dust cover, forward assist, AND the collapsible stock. You mentioned 2 out of the 3. Also, two years after this video, they are down around $500 right now. I even saw one for around $400 the other day. Crazy good deals. The rifle works well, and is a great way for any beginner to start in the AR 15 market.

  2. I recently bought a brand new M&p sport 2 because I watched this video and made up my mind. And I had to ship it back to smith and Wesson because it was bending the brass while it was feeding them and it wouldn’t shoot more then two and it would just go click. I took it to the gun shop I got it and when the cartridge would go into the chamber the firing pin was hitting the primers with the safety on and finger off the trigger. So now I’ve got to wait a few weeks to get it back.

  3. Can someone share their knowledge with me on a question I’ve been wondering. What is the difference in a .22 and a .223? I understand the difference about the ammo, but I am wondering if there is a significant difference in the rifle itself? Is the .223 noticeably more powerful? Does it have more stopping power? From my research, I understand that the 5.56 was derived from the .223 (if I am wrong, I am sorry for my misunderstanding). I have two .22 rifles, and a 9mm pistol. I am wondering if I should get something else a little beefier? Can someone offer some real advice and actual good information on this topic. I am not a huge gun advocate, but I am a Life NRA member and I want to protect my home.

  4. Great gun for entry level ar purchases. Only complaint I have about mine is the handrail. The plastic gets too hot to fast and I hate the feel of it. An mlock rail system and hand stop will fix that though and it's an easy fix. Overall such a bargain
