This is my new build. I used both old & new parts. I don’t like the way CMMG grey mags look plus they won’t work with the CMMG bhoa, so I went with s&w.

so you used a taccom barrel with a taccom collar on a cmmg bolt carrier group? I just bought a taccom barrel, and wasn't sure if I could use a cmmg barrel or if I had to use the taccom bolt, which is currently out of stock right now…11/4/2015
Looks good.. Can you let me know where you got the s&w magazine adapter.
Do you have any sticking between the barrel collar and the BCG? Mine seems really stiff to charge but I haven't shot yet. Also, I can't close my upper with the mag-adaptor fully extended. Any thoughts?
I have the same "cheapy" stock and love it. No frills or thrills, but it feels great in any position. Curious, why did you have to FFL your unfinished lower in Texas?
Also, what was your total cost of build if you don't mind me asking?
Any jams or cons ? I would like to build a 22lr for plinking I bin looking for AR pistol parts
What kind of groups can you manage to get at 50 yards? I just bought a cmmg complete upper and can only manage about 2-3" groups with bulk. (golden bullet, winchester hollow point, winchester M22). I've read these barrels can group better, around 1" with bulk. Is that your experience? Thanks!

I like the barrel a lot. Try calling them & see if they can make that size. I know they make a 4", 7", & the 17".
