  1. Assembled everything and added a plated/polished firing group, SMOOTH. Loaded 5 rounds in the 30 round mag. Had feeding/extracting issues, watched your other extractor tune up video again. The fired cases wouldn't leave the bolt or possibly left partially. Sooo, I did your extractor "tune up", it's flinging brass 10 feet now ! THANK YOU. I changed the buffer weights to get the Alexander Arms recommended weight of 4.6 oz. (one steel, two tungsten) last night. I also polished the feed ramp on the barrel extension, and did the recommended half moon clearance dip on the front/top edge on a stock 30 round new military magazine. Even firing it as basically a single shot is AWESOME ! For shits and giggles I shot one of my 8" steel plates… They hang on heavy chain, it swung the plate back up and OVER the support they hang on AND took the entire 3 plate setup 3 feet back and over. I was VERY impressed. I also shot a new "10 pin" bowling pin, went completely through the thickest part, then went through the 3/4" plywood behind it and kept going.
These shots were using Alexander Arms 335gr Rainier, plated HP bullets.

  2. O.k. Gunner….. Last update.
Finally after 59 days I got my SS gas block. But as KM's final dicking (laughing Kyle ?), they sent me the SS gas block only, NOT the assembly I had ordered and PAID for 59 days prior. I had to disassemble the wrong assembly they sent to me 33 days after I ordered originally and install the gas tube on the SS block, very funny. The nice part about my job is that I converse and meet with very high end people from all over the U.S. and other countries, MOST are into guns and weapons. I received piss poor service and was basically treated as an unwanted online customer while obviously EVERY employee of KM Tactical went to shows 24/7 to advertise your goods and service (look up the definition Kyle), but they could not remotely be expected to do their job OR get an order correct.
59 DAYS to get my order, and even THEN it was again WRONG, but you instantly took the money the day of the order placement…..
Glad you got a good laugh at my expense. Never again Mr. Murphy, never again.

  3. Supposed to be a possible 75 degrees today, awesome, I think I'll take my Beowulf out and shoot it…. WAIT, I can't I still haven't received my SS .875 gas block assembly form KM Tactical that I ordered December 28th of 2017 !
Today is February 20th, that's 55 days so far…… Even a SLOW boat from China can get here faster ! STILL WAITING KYLE.

  4. KM sells chinese off-label garbage. His lower parts kits will ruin your lowers because the pins aren't the right size. His buffers used to have painted springs because they were too cheap to plate them, but he still called them mil-spec, and the bumpers will split apart. All Kyle does is slap his name on every sticker, hat and beer coozie he can. He doesn't use top quality parts for anything. His basement was full of chinese bcg's, , uppers, handguards etc. last time I was there.

Those chips in your anodizing in that upper SHOULD NOT HAPPEN. I've seen range rifles with thousands of rounds that show NO wear inside the upper. The hard anodizing is NOT supposed to wear! The bolt is! He has his friends and family members slamming your gun together, overtightening the barrel nut and leaving everything else loose. He's an ex cop that got made to leave the force, with a less than stellar record at that. You got ripped off!

  5. Feb 15th update… YES, still no part….
Got a call (voice mail on my cell) from Kyle at KM Tactical, he wanted to know if I wanted a return envelope/slip to send the standard .875 steel gas block assembly they sent me on the 3rd, back and a refund for what I had actually ordered (a SS .875 gas block assembly for $44.00). OR the R-I-G-H-T piece sent out today…. SAY WHAT ?!?!?!? I called I said to send the right piece. That is all I wanted 51 DAYS AGO ! All I wanted to do was place an order, pay for it and get it in the mail in a few days, ended up like getting a root canal ! Meantime, I missed an annual family shoot and a local big bore shoot, could have EASILY gotten KM Tactical some business and would have gladly. HOPEFULLY the part I ordered will be the one I receive on Saturday (IF they sent it out today AND used the 2 day USPS again). KM Tactical service ????? Order placed Dec 28, two parts received Feb 3 (YES Feb 3rd, one part right, one wrong), right part "should" be here on Saturday the 17th of Feb. That makes 51 days total…..
Stick a fork in them, they are done in my books.
Makes you wonder how those at KM Tactical would feel if they placed an order and had to wait 51 days.

  6. Got the parts on Saturday the 3rd of Feb, great looking upper, no marks inside as on yours. They sent a standard steel gas block assembly instead of the ordered stainless one, I called and they said they would send the right one immediately. Hopefully I will get it today, if not tomorrow. The gun is completely built but for the gas block assy, free float forearm and muzzle brake. Looking pretty frigging awesome so far !

  7. Watched your review, decided to give KM Tactical a chance and ordered a Beowulf upper (upper, forward assist and dust cover) for $99.99 and a SS gas block/tube assembly for $44.00. Ordered and had our card charged Dec 28th 2017, today is Jan 25th 2018 and still have nothing after almost a month. I think the wife told me that their ad states 2 to 4 weeks for upper ASSEMBLIES, meaning the ready to fire upper, mine is almost a stripped upper. Emailed the service dept 6 or 7 days later, said it "should have been shipped" and forwarded my email to production manager or wherever. Never returned an email … Tried again….. Crickets.Could have at least had the decency to text, or call for an explanation of the long period of time that has passed. I got ALL other parts for the build within 5 days.  Quite possibly, and sadly for both of us, my last dealings with K&M. I'll keep you posted. It is 1/25/18 at 4:27 pm.
