Reviewing and shooting my 450 Bushmaster build. We’ll shoot some soda bottles to show the destructive power of the round and a target to show the accuracy. Its a Spikes tactical Crusader lower, a Bear Creek Arsenal Upper, and components are everything from Radian Raptor, to Bravo Company, to Battle Arms Development, and Strike Industries. A shout out and thanks to the following pages for some pointers on mags for my build that helped me iron out the kinks, you guys ROCK!

I think you made the best choice for caliber in the AR big bore choices. The BM450 is a SAAMI caliber. The other 2 options that you mentioned are not. If you reload, you can make cheap plinker rounds with plated .45 acp bullets. I have had very good results pushing the Berger plated bullets to BM450 speeds with no adverese affects. The case will last a long time too because it was built to handle much higher pressures than what the BM450 is loaded to.
The BM450 is also a flatter shooting caliber that has more energy. The BM450 case has a larger capacity than the SOCOM.
The .450 Busmaster was my first big bore AR-15 choice. It is a great hunting cartridge. Thanks for the mention. I like your approach to your videos as well.
