Black rifles alive in TNP…ah yeah! You have spoken and said you want TNP black rifle reviews to continue. Here we have a two for one review: Bushmaster Minimalist vs an Anderson AM15 lightweight build (by Gunnies). Both are lightweight AR15s with promises of reliability, great ergos, accuracy, and time savings for you (you won’t have to source, build your own…often spending lots more). Several desert excursions with these weapons ensued with the crew and my choice for the win might surprise you!

  1. Excellent fart Nutn that was epic it sounded bloody. I'm glad I wasn't there to share the experience though lol. I totally agree why spend more on a rifle that's not accurate That would be like whipping before you 💩 it doesn't make any sense.

  2. Join the NRA? ha…. Bro, I love ya but something is wrong with you. GOA ya, local gun groups, sure…. NRA? really? come on man. I have to respectfully disagree with you on that.
Good review and the fart sounded juicy lol

  3. I'm from Ohio and just took a long road trip through Utah, Nevada, Wyoming, Montana, and South Dakota et al – WOW! I see why the desert is so great for shooting (even saw someone shooting a bolt action from a makeshift barricade). Just came back yesterday – what a relegation. I envy you.

  4. Some of your groups being just high?  Re-zero and you're good!  Different ammo is going to group differently.  Do I need to tell the King that you need to zero with what you're going to shoot?  Oh, and Beto saying that Thursday night?  Total cluelessness!  I'm disgusted.

  5. Ive really been hearing some bad things about AAC as far as their muzzle accessories go. Ive heard all of their flash hiders are tuning forks and even the brakeout 2.0, the redesigned flash suppressor/brake are garbage. The suppressor mounting teeth ive heard bad things about too. Like the lugs not locking up well.

  6. Hey man I've been picking corn and Bush hogging corn stalks. spending A LOT OF TIME in a tractor. IDK how I didn't find you before but awesome content from a like-minded individual. 2 thumbs up thank you for all the free info. I've learned more than I can remember in the last 2 weeks lol. I may be in VA but I'd love to buy you a beer or two one day if we meet. Great job!

  7. In this day and age building is a no brainer as long as you do it right. I shoot competitively and put a few 1000 through mine and it’s been flawless. Accuracy is sub-minute and that’s with a Ballistic Advantage barrel and toolcraft bcg.

If I had to go factory JP Enterprises and Les Baer have 16 inch options floating around $1,500 on Gunbroker

  8. If they are going to ban a subset of firearms that is only used in less than 400 deaths a year, why wouldn't they go after handguns that are used to kill many more ? If they really want to make a difference in saving lives by banning something, they would make a bigger impact by banning hammers, cars, or liberals.

  9. I agree with everything except the nra. I was a member for years, hoping for change within the org but I got tired of my money going to pay for wlp's lifestyle. Meanwhile they helped to get bumpstocks banned thanks to the cox letter, helped write anti gun legislation in the 80s and general fuddery that's not changed.either it's right or it's not.as you know, justification is an evil that always bites you in the ass. When it comes to our birthright liberty we have to be vigilante with it. We especially have to be careful with who speaks for us. Who we choose to represent us. They must have an uncompromised ethical line on our freedom.

  10. Dude I’m a long time tnp’er but I gotta say: the nra is not a no compromise organization that they claim to be. They helped get bumpstocks banned turning thousands of law abiding Americans into felons overnight. By banning these stocks through no act of Congress, trump and the nra have shown that any president can arbitrarily ban gun accessory they want. The nra has betrayed us.

  11. Colonel, as the articulate, effective spokesman that you are, could we ask you to help push Trump for an Executive Order DEFINING "assault" weapon, as a FULLY AUTOMATIC firearm? And DEFINE "silencer" as a device that reduces the sound level of a firearm to 80 dB, just like in the
movies. Don't call this the "Hearing Protection Law", instead remove the term "suppressors" and call this the "Silencer law", to keep the evil "movie level" silencers in the Class III list with AR-16s.
Giving the progressives what they ASKED FOR, rather than what they really wanted. Specifically exempt guns that only fire once per trigger pull, without using the term "semi-automatic" at all.
Specifically exempt any device that reduces gunshot sound level to no lower than 81 dB. If you can be instrumental in getting the NRA behind this program, the progressives are very likely to completely miss the point, with their limited knowledge of such matters. It would be
necessary to appear to be reluctantly dragged into this, to keep them in their current state of knowledge.

  12. I had an old Bushmaster Carbon 15 from 7 or so years ago and just used it as a lightweight project gun. Picked up a carbon fiber stock and buffer tube , used some lightweight ergo hand guards and a lightweight bolt carrier group. With a Holosun reflex sight and sling with full 30 round mag it is 2500 grams , approximately 5.5lbs. for less than $1000
