Now that was a really fun however that was a way too many flyers it must have been that cheap steel case ammo you were using.I would like to see what kind of grouping you could do with some decent ammo at 50 yards.

After my father would make a change to his scope, he would tap the dials. He said it set the cross hairs. U should try.

Really bad ammo or there is an issue with the optic. I blame the ammo.

My setup that I keep next to my bed is a Colt M-4 LE6920 MOE in 5.56. With Troy Industries flip up rear sight, (switched out the Magpul MBUS sight for the all metal Troy sight). Surefire X300 Ultra light, MOE forward pistol grip, and topped with a Vortex SPARC II. This is my home defense setup. It works pretty good for hog defense too. LOL! Good stuff WHO_TEE.

Beautiful gun TEE. Is it DI or GP? My fav ret is the BDC for a AR-15 and 1-4 is perfect but you apparently already know this! lol.

Pretty Rifle but shoots like crap with that cheap ammo. Maybe needs be “broke in.” 556 & cheap 223 is just so unpredictable. I bought a .300bo upper for my 556 & that sucka drives nails (hole in hole) at 100y. You’ll find a name brand ammo that the rifle loves. Then re-zero with that brand.

Thats a nice 556. I have a DPMS panther. And a red dot. Havent picked back up sights yet. I have a ? For ya. Im thinkin about an ar pistol do ya think just iron sights or a scope and back up iron sights? Your rhoughts would be helpful

Ive always wanted to get a hunting rifle clambered in 300 win mag with a 45° iron sights with a 3-9 Bushnell scope savage.

Your "dialed in" is far from most. At 50yds and a good zero you should be shooting sub MOA. Let's revisit this with some good ammo. Send me your rifle specs and I'll send you 20 rounds of match ammo.

You should check out Priamary arms 1-6x and 1-8x scopes with the ACSS reticles. They make some other pretty cool scopes too with well thought out reticles.

I have entirely too many ar15's to list the setups on all but pretty much no matter the caliber all mine are wearing some sort of primary arms scope with an acss reticle. 1-6x on my 14.5" 5.56 1-6x on my ks47 2.5x prism on my 9mm and a 4-14x orion on my 6.5 Grendel.. I do have a couple other ar15's that im working on getting primary arms optics for right now the 350 legend has a 1.5-5x leupold vxiii my 20" 223 has a 3-12x bushnell ar optics bdc. 224 has a 4-16x vortex diamond back tactical ffp… Stocks are of all flavors magpul ubr, magpul slk, Daniel defense, milspec a2, hera arms, mft minimalist, and a couple dif sig braces. I prefer the milspec grip myself but I do have a couple vism tactical as they are the same size at the milspec m4 grip but a better feeling texture. I have those same 45 offset sights on my Grendel everything else has magpul pro buis, except the ks47 has a set of kak and the 350 legend doesn't have any yet. That's about the high points id be here all day listing everything lol.

I have a Robin red dot, it's really nice for a 100.00 bucks. At 40yrds its off low and to the left by 6 Moa but at 100 to 300yrds its dead on. Any advice? I have the same irons sights as you and I love them. I can't believe people charge 90.00 each have MAGPOL frontgrip, Rogers stock on a DiamondBack DB15CCMLB AR15. I've fired over 2k rounds without 1 jam. They make the entire gun in house. I'm not trying to sell it just telling you what I have. It's a 1/7 twist chrome lined 17inch barrel. The hand guard isnt mounted on the barrel and has a picatiny rail top and bottom. I just love this gun but I'm going to replace the charging handle, the stock one feels cheap. I'm going to try the Falcon charging handle it enables you to charge it like a gun with your palm stead of your fingers and it looks cool. I'm losing the ability to use my fingers. Love your AR what an amazing paint job, shes just awesome. Thank you for the insight as always.
