Great video! I was looking to do the exact same thing for my USP Compact 9. Could you possibly link the people who did your milling? what did that run you? and what sights are on there? Are they tritium or photolumenescent ?

I had the same job done by APO. You should try the Pachmayr slip on grip. Replace the bobbed hammer with regular, faster cocking. https://www.multiholsters.com/ will make any holster with accessories without sending items in.
