Maybe judges shouldn't be allowed to use their 1st Amendment rights at all if they can't follow the rules like the rest of us..

Judges can be impeached and removed from office. If you are judge and you blatantly disregard the highest law in the land you should be removed from office.

The thing is, these politicians cannot enforce confiscation. They need law enforcement officers ( local police, sheriffs, deputies, state troopers, and probably federal as well: FBI, ATF, NFA, hell even the IRS) to enforce these laws, go house to house, kick in doors and point guns at your family to do it. And I believe the LEOs will. They will not jeopardize their jobs, bonuses, retirement or their kids futures for your rights or your life

I think its time for a mental fitness test for this judge. I know federal law enforcemwnt sgencies can force theor sgents to go see a doctor to determone their eligibility. Why not judges? She is a federal employee. Seriously, she must be crazy to believe she can overwrite the constitution. Her ruling by emotion makes it clear she has lost her mental capacity to be a judge.
