Taking the Ruger American Predator chambered in 6.5 Creedmoor to 1,004 yards. Target is approximately a 16″ rock. $150 Nikon Buckmasters II 3-9×40 scope with BDC. Leupold scope rings. No fancy turrets, just holding over using the BDC reticle. Complete package was purchased from JGB Arms, Kauai, Hawaii. $650 complete 1,000 yard package. Target footage using a Phone Skope adapter on my iphone 7 mated to a $40 Pursuit 20-60×60 ST Spotting Scope on 20x from Cabela’s. 129 grain Hornady American Whitetail ammo. Conditions were windy so impacting the target was more difficult than usual.
