  1. This is the same version that i got from PSA about 4 years ago. A2 front sight YHM rear sight and m4 profile barrel. 512 bucks to my door. Have purchased a separate aluminum upper, barrel nut, just in case. no problems so far.

  2. my rail finally came loose from the upper receiver bushmaster will fix it if you send them the whole gun but I just bought a new BCM upper and a standard barrel nut problem fixed!

  3. I had two of the original Professional Ordnance Carbon 15 rifles and they were unreliable junk. Damn shame because they were so cool. Switched to a Bushmaster V-Match and that ran like a sewing machine.

  4. Nice video a friend of me he is with our local police dept and the bought a few off the bushmaster carbon 15 and the have no issues at all with them I think I get me one soon

  5. Recently bought my Carbon 15 and really enjoy it but when I was getting a new sight the local gun shop owner was telling me I was foolish to buy a carbon version because ALL of then ha==end up with the stock threads stripping out. Now this guy is one of those "I'm right your wrong, period" types so I was looking for some others that have had or heard of this issue. Looking at all the youtube videos I haven't found any yet so thought I'd start asking.

  6. i handled 1 a week ago at my local gun shop and fell in love …the weight is [or lack of] is amazing ..ive heard of issues with accuracy but after watching the reviews have decided it was most likely a bad barrel or bad shoter…thanks for the review …ill be headed out to purchase myself 1 before the end of the month !!

  7. I just got my Carbon 15 today and only paid $699 minus tax for mine at Dunhams. Though I might change out the front handguard with a Military issue quad rail since I have a foregrip/bipod I want to attach. And I know a guy in the National Guard who can hook me up with the rail since he is the one who gave me the foregrip/bipod.

  8. Actually they are, kind of. The increased barrel pressure of the 5.56 can wear away at a 223 specific barrel over time, but a 223 put through a 5.56 chambered weapon is like putting a high powered pellet through a twenty two. No issue.

I've worked out the kinks since posting :3

  9. Does this come in 223? I've been doing research all damn day to find a good 223 rifle that my family unanimously agreed on and this looks like the right one.

  10. I have one of these. I love it. But the BARREL NUT is not standard at all. The threads are diifferent and the inner diameter is slightly larger. The OUTER diameter is about the same. So that makes the nut a bit thinner too. These differences are good to know if you make a custom gun like i did. My C15 is now PISTON DRIVEN by an Adams Arms kit. I had to do a few mods. The upper and lower receivers do not have milspec measurements. I had to mill/file sometimes..

  11. I believe yours has what they call the pencil barrel. They are a great gun that gets a bad wrap. It has been my experience that most the bashing comes from people who do not even own the carbon 15 and have had no experience with them. Thanks for watching!!
