Watch my new bump stock video where I 3D print a bump stock and talk about the ban going into place!
With all the information about bump stocks recently, I’ve been curious as to whether or not a rifle with a bump stock could actually shoot as many rounds as a fully automatic rifle.
A bump stock is designed to simulate a fully automatic rate of fire, on a semi-automatic gun. It does this by replacing the stock and grip that the rifle comes with, and allows the butt of the gun to slide in and out of the bump stock. The forward pressure from the front hand pulling the gun forward, combined with the recoil from each shot, allows a semi-automatic rate of fire.
But can it actually keep up with the rate of fire from a fully automatic rifle? Most fully automatic rifles can shoot anywhere from 600-950 rounds per minute! So can a bump stock actually simulate that? Lets find out.
Don’t forget to like the video if you found it interesting, or awesome for that matter, and subscribe so you don’t miss future videos. Thanks a ton for watching!

Did u all destroy or turn in your now illegal bump stocks is my question?? 😔
Americans like their toys
Jerry Miculek vs bump stocks
When firing with a bump stock, you're supposed to pull the rifle barrel forward while firing.
Lol semi automatic means that you don't have to cock it everytime you fire a round ya dumb ..
Design and upload 3d printed projectile weapons including guns
I assume the first one was automatic without the bump stock? Don't judge I'm new to guns and know what automatic means but he wasn't clear.
Normal citizens can't go into a gun store and buy FA rifles? Um yes sir, they most certainly can, if that store has pre-1986 registered machine guns for sale.
The first attempt yielded 36 rounds in 2.5 seconds, which is 864 rounds per minute, which is faster than the figures he initially quoted for an AK-47 and a fully automatic AR-15. And his firing rate in semi-automatic mode? Maybe 1/4 to 1/5 as fast? So, •way• faster than semi-automatic and comparable to automatic once you're well-practiced.
Bullshit! I could've bought a Mac 10 full auto full for 2500 at a gun store back in the early 2000. Just take a 200 dollar tax stamp and six months waiting time. You need to go back and get your facts straight!
Bud get your booger scooper of the bang stick until your ready to fire
Your explanation is true and exactly why I don't believe bump stocks were used in the Vegas Shooting.
Now president trump signed an executive order banning these get ready.
Wait david hogs brother?????
You know, we all have access to all the information in the world in our pockets and this fool still made this trash. Machine guns are under the per view of the NFA and are completely legal and do not require a license.
Why would you not learn how to properly shoot an AR-15 with a bump stock before filming this video? This video was not meant to be how the bump stock works it was about how fast the bump stock can allow the AR-15 to fire. It was a great video though just be sure to keep your finger off the trigger until you are ready to fire and not while its pointed at the ground!
how can u see with the scope caps on lmfaooooo someone DOES NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING
This is what happens when justin beeber plays with guns and he dont have the first clue what he's doing. Son, stick to sling shots
SOooooo much fail with this video!
We could argue the practicality of full auto or not; that's not the problem. The problem is a politician said, "We can have this, but you can't", and too many people seem okay with it.
Dipshit
2:25 I could have sworn the definition of aiming was pointing and shooting at a specific place…
Honestly they can ban full autos all they want its a lot less accurate anyways and it wastes ammo= tax payers dollars. You truly dont want a full auto in the battlefield unless your shooting at airplanes or a group of dudes
You just suck on a bump stock
Clearly not a gun expert .. you have no idea what your talking about
Trigger safety
Is that a 5.56 competition Ar15 rifle?
These are the stupidest pieces of plastic crap… No accuracy, since your gun is bouncing around all over the place, its ugly, uncomfortable, cheap, and you can save yourself $100 by just putting your thumb through your belt loop. There's no point in banning them, unless your goal is to instantly make millions (millions of people bought these? Maybe that's too high… I'm guessing here…) of people into felons overnight.
keep your finger off the trigger dumbass lmfao
In 1934 the National Firearms Act was passed requiring machine guns to be registered, purchasers also had to pay a $200 tax. Fast forward 52 years Democrat William Hughes purposed an amendment to Firearm Owners Protection Act of 1986 claiming "It is simply to easy to get a machine gun". Despite his claim there were zero shootings within that 52 years involving a legally acquired machine guns. His amendment was merely an attempt to kill the original bill. Unfortunately passage of this amendment prevented new civilian legal machine guns from being added to the NFA registry, and drove the price of legal machine guns through the roof.
Passage of this ban also opened the door to these machine gun simulators. In 1990 a patent was filed for the Hell Fire Trigger, soon to follow was the Tac Trigger, Hell Storm 2000 trigger. All of these devices attached to the trigger guard of a semi automatic rifle, and had a metal arm under spring tension placed behind the trigger that push the guns trigger forward forcing it to reset. Shooters still had to use traditional bump fire technique to get these devices to work.
Currently there are about 400,000 transferable machine guns that are legal to own by civilians in 44 states. The purchasing process of legal machine guns is the exact same process you would go through to purchase a silencer or factory SBR from a class III dealer. If this reclassification of bump stocks is meant for public safety then why would the DOJ list approved alternatives like installing rubber bands or using belt loops to do the exact same thing that bump stock allowed?
That also assume that your cheap AR-15 doesn't melt the barrel. My dear friend, I love the video. I would never step onto a battle field without a military grade barrel.
This dude literally has no clue what he's talking about
A range does not have to be licensed for a class III weapon owner to come in and use their range. But the range should make certain that the weapon is legally owned and that the owner has the required paper work with the weapon.
You just haven't had enough time with that stock would be my answer. All the things you were talking about is what people that really don't know how to run a bump stock say.I have 10s of thousands of rounds experience with these stocks and once you master the technique they can be very controllable and easy to stay on target.I have one on a belt fed AR and it runs like a champ.
hope they grandfather bumpStocks in.
And that politicians don’t see this video lols
Switch out the bolt carrier for an ultra lightweight one and you will notice a huge reliability improvement. It makes it much easier to shoot and much more consistent. I’ve had a bump stock for many years and with normal bolt it was a pain in the ass to shoot very unreliable until fairly recently I installed a lightweight carrier and I can dump 100 round drum mags with zero issues consistently. Trust me it’s crazy
Damn i thought that democrat dude was an idiot for saying 150 shots per 15 seconds on tucker carlson but aparently u can shoot even more than that
Always keep your finger off the trigger until you're ready to shoot. Thanks for the video.
Yes you can hold it tight to your shoulder, take aim, and concentrate on a tight grip on the trigger then give light forward pressure. Full mag will empty and the target will be hit it takes practice but you're right it's not as easy as a regular M16
Tigger Discipline when not firing…
