That this awesome!!! Definitely the nicest survival light that I have seen and I have been in the market for a while.

Awesome light basically indestructible unless you purposely try and break it. LED version is night and day difference vs the old ones. Works great for hunting, fishing, or construction work.

I have the yellow incandescent none as well, great light!!

i love this light!!!… i use it on my turn outs… are dept makes us have two one on are chest and one as a back up for interior search and rescue, also have some thing like it on my lid.. they also come in black..

Oh no… lol… you almost got me there too. 24x2x10 is 480hrs/ 20days… The mega flashlight are tough looking. Kind of remind me of UK dive light for some reason. Wonder how good is the water proofing on that. Surprisingly they still using Ni-CD battery pack instead of Li-ion or at lease Nimh. Maybe its better for all weather use? Not sure… I do like the extra 4AA optional tho. Nice review guys. I have a great laugh watching it;)

Don't worry dan, I'm not good at math either. I got a final grade in calculus and statics of a D. Lol. So I'm not good at math either. Lol. When they started putting letters into math problems that's where things really went down hill for me. Lol. That's definitely a different kind of flashlight. It would be neat if you could charge it with an on board solar panel if you didn't have access to an outlet.

We all love Dan, but he does get his mind blown in math from time to time ! 🙂

Nice. Bright as hell. I'm sure Dan was blind for a min. And seeing spots for awhile.

I like that it can clip directly to your bunker gear. Although, I use a helmet mounted led penlight that is removable. I prefer to keep my radio in my chest pocket on my turnouts for easy access. I wish it had a strobe mode instead of just a flash, as that draws more attention than a flash mode. Plus, I already have a beacon clipped on my gear.
What does that light weigh anyhow?

love streamlight, have owned few different models and they have always lasted well and stood up to plenty of abuse…funny review, Dans grasp of mathematics made me chuckle…lol

Its an interesting design…first time ive heard of a survivor light. 480hrs sure as hell is survivor mode. Dan failed math thats why he always falls thru with the budget..loljk good stuff fellas. TIA
