The Deadfoot Arms MCS isn’t just a stock. The Modified Cycle system is a complete reassessment of the AR-15 operating system that allows the stock to fold independent of the operating system. This gives you a very compact package that does not sacrifice the Functionality of the firearm. Yes, you can shoot semiautomatic or full auto with your AR stock folded. Pair it with the T-Rex Minimalist Stock and it becomes easy to retrofit with standard tools, hard to pass up.

  1. So does the secondary spring make up for the reduction in buffering mass that comes with the shortened bolt carrier and smaller buffer? I want one of these for a suppressed 9mm application but I'm having trouble reconciling the lack of buffering mass

  2. Not even a minute in and the two biggest questions I had about this have already been answered.

1: Does it work with a full 16" rifle barrel?

2: Can you use other stocks besides the one they have on their website?

Yup, this is definitely going onto my HD rifle.

  3. At the 9:00 mark, where Ray Liota goes into the vehicle, what a crock of shit. He was clearly able to manipulate the weapon with a fully extended stock. He was acting like a little bitch that needed an Oscar nomination. Total horseshit!

  4. Rats isn't a real tourniquet, it sets a tone that you may not be a real subject matter expert…. but I'm sure a folding stock makes it easier to operate in confined spaces like your mom's basement. Oh and bullet skip on a hood…. Can name ANY incident where someone was injured by bullet skip off a vehicle hood? Cause I bet you can't.

  5. Tactical tards will spend money on anything. 😂😂

Who sets in a goddamn car with an AR slung on their neck… "I can't do that with a fully extended stock"… Collapse the stock, and unsnap the sling… Holy fucking tool bags. 🤣

A standard CAR stock is less than 3 inches longer that this stock folded… And I don't need a sling to aim it.

"pounds of kit" 😂 "work gun" 🤣

These joker's are the Apex of tacticool.

  6. For yearsssss ive been hoping praying someone would do this i was thinking about cutting the bolt carriers lengths in half but im glad this is hear and it needs to be more recognized

  7. these would sell much better if not for greed i know you have to make a profit but use Walmart thinking volume volume volume. This is just stupid to pay for a folding adapter that you could buy another AR for the same amount…geeeeesh ! Nice but because of the price ………….NEVER !……..$100 to $200 ….maybe

  8. If you can shorten the buffer tube so much, you might as well just add a PDW stock to it, the package will be just as short without any of those downsides.

  9. So a year later, either the price has dropped dramatically, or people here are just cheap as hell. Can you make any updates on how the system is holding up with use? Thanks for a great review and good info on answered questions in the comments. I found your page pretty easily, I guess the youtube purge hasn't taken full effect. Thankfully.

  10. Built an Ar-15 "pistol" 10.5" actually i got 3(300bk/7.62×39/5.56) 300bk only subsonic and has a supressor. 7.62×39/5.56 too but i use normal ammo. So they're all the same. But the 300bk makes less noise than the GBB bb guns i had. For real. And its accurate until 400yards. The 7.62 and 5.56 can do 500yards. They all have red dots up front and a huge ass scope mounted as well as foldable handguard with builtin bipods. Well when we get mixrowaves and little coolers to add on our ars we will lol. Not missing the point they also have laser/light setup. They are amazing i wouldnt sell them at all. Each didnt cost me more than 2000 to build.
    Rifle 500
    F.stock 400
    Foldable H.guard/bipod 100
    Laser/light setup 50
    RedDot 250(accurate from 0/150 without any adjustment(minimal))
Scope 6-18 400(accurate from 150 up minimal adjustmen from 300up)
Sling holder and other stuff no more than 50
Surpressor for whover can buy them cost around 250

Any high end done up rifle or even as simples as u can get out of the box will cost you around 2000/2500 i love my babies and wouldnt sell them at all.
Each has its own shooting style.
5.56 better FPS pretty accurate okay power
7.62 good fls pretty accurate devastating power
300 bk low fps=quietness accurate enough under 400yards real good power

Where would i use each of them?
5.56 and 7.62 pretty much do the same job, bit lowder than the 300bk specially the 7.62 long range situations, where u dont care if u r noticed but wont give away ur location… given ghe fact u r surpressing ur first boom but mot the muzzle noise.

300bk? Close/mid range where ghost style is Key?

Ppl may not understand why we have arsenals.at home but… We never know when the next war or whatevee will come.
Oh… Btw the 300bk is a great deer/hog/elk everything hunting rifle!
