The list of speakers for this month’s National Rifle Association convention in Indianapolis has grown a bit longer: Vice President Mike Pence will return to Indiana to speak at the event, the NRA announced Wednesday.
The former Indiana governor will speak April 26 at a leadership forum with the NRA Institute for Legislative Action.
President Donald Trump is also scheduled to speak at the convention, which is scheduled for April 26-28.
This will be the second consecutive year that Trump and Pence headline an NRA convention together. They both appeared at the organization’s annual event last year in Dallas.

Music: Alan Jackson to provide country soundtrack for NRA
This year’s convention will be held at the Indiana Convention Center and Lucas Oil Stadium. Billed as “15 acres of guns and gear,” the annual convention could bring 80,000 people to Indianapolis.
It will also bring country music star Alan Jackson to town for a concert at Lucas Oil Stadium.
With more than 800 exhibitors, the event is expected to bring in $35.3 million to the host city, tourism officials said.
The gun-rights organization first came to Indianapolis in 2014, and it will return in 2023.
Trump came to Indianapolis for another convention in October, when he spoke to the National FFA Organization’s annual convention.
Pence was in Indiana earlier this month to discuss foreign trade with local farmers as the Trump administration was urging Congress to ratify a replacement for the North American Free Trade Agreement with Canada and Mexico.
Both Trump and Pence made visits to Indianapolis and surrounding areas in the fall leading up to the midterm elections in November.
