  1. If you're looking for something to take long distance video and photographs with the Nikon P900 will do a better job than a digiscoping setup. Spotting scopes were built to be viewed by the human eye which is a curved sensor, camera lenses are built to project the best possible image onto a flat sensor.

  2. love watching your vids but you mention that you'd prefer the 20x of the monarch over the 27x of the razor HD because of the larger field of view at lower magnification to find targets easier. the razor HD actually has a larger FOV at 27x (2.2 degrees) vs the 20x (2.1 degrees) of the monarch. so with both at the lowest setting you still see more with the razor then the monarch. at the 60 power setting on both the larger view is even greater with the razor.

  3. This video is awesome! It's crazy how difficult it is to find information like this regarding spotting scopes. However, you can easily find videos about riflescopes, binoculars, and rangefinders. Prices can quickly get sky high for decent spotting scopes, and we really need more videos like this to help us make informed decisions. So thanks!
