I took out the eotech 512, and the trijicon acog, to see if the cold would shift zero.

which airsoft sniper rifle is that, must be a strong with it knocked your camera over haha
i zeroed my ACOG 4x in 80 F over the summer at 100 meters, it held the zero on the money till today, i took it out to the range ( 30F) and rounds were landing almost a 12 inches south of the target at 100 meters, ???? has any one experience the same results in their ACOG? its a real deal paid pretty penny for it and i am really disappointed right now. pls help.
Yes they do shift zero at -40 degrees and 120 degrees. So make a video of that. Thanks
This is not the temperatures that the recall was for. From 15-80 or 90 the eotech will be fine. From the information provided it is when you get over 110 degrees Fahrenheit it becomes a problem. Here in north Florida we get temperatures down to 15 degrees but leave your rifle in the truck or on a bench outside and it can easily get over the 115 degrees,
I kept my Eotech never had a issue plus I co witness my Eotech to my iron sights so I would notice that shift pretty quick probably without even shooting.
thx for the vid. was glad to see the eotech hold up. btw, where's ur range located?
