The mentally challenged looking public servant didnβt know what to do. Itβs nice they have a jobs welfare program for the mentally challenged. They look good in costumes.
They probably got their asses sued in the past and a "directive" came "through a training memo" that advised them of the "AR pistol" status. Thus, they now "knew" (where as before they did not).
Great interaction with the law enforcement I'm glad you didn't hand that ID to him again. STAY SAFE BROTHERπ€π€π€π€π€πΏπΏπΏπΏπΏπΏπΏπΏπΏπΏπΏπΏπΏπΏπΏ

11/1/19 lots of guns coming out to be seen. If I had money I would get Glock 9mm and carry wild west style down low and fast for getting to it for me. I used to be very fast draw. Hit from hip shot.
Not a foregrip. Pistols don't have foregrips, according to the ATF's published definitions. If you attach a vertical foregrip to your pistol, your pistol changes classification to a "firearm" because it is over 26 inches in length.
I am a 2nd Amendment advocate and almost 30 years LEO and yes I lived in the Communist State of New Jersey and now the Common Wealth of Pennsylvania … I built three AR Pistols in calibers 300 Blackout and 5.56 and both legal in PA and not NJ. I believe in your right BUT the way your are βtesting those right IS wrongβ. You put the Offices lives in danger responding to a man with a gun call … which means they will use more speed etc. responding and could get into an accident … happens all the time! AND then when they approach you they do not know who you are and you know who they are AND all it takes is a wrong move AR Pistol π« ore not and you are dead. Better ways of demonstrating. As for the lack of knowledge of AR pistols and AR rifles?? Pistols are still in the early stages of ownership and more then likely most officers do NOT know much about them. They are not notified or educated along those lines .. which makes it challenging for all. Good luck but there IS a better way.
Itβs a brave not a foregrip you moron. Foregrip is around the barrel. Trying to be smart and you prove your ignorance. Did you dump patty or patty dump you. Seen heβs back with the homeless bum nomad again.
Do the police have to respond. They sometimes don't respond to calls about assaults and robberies. If it's because they are busy, then they are prioritising. In which case they can prioritise calls about a person open carrying low down and get round to investigating it if they happen to be there, but not to actively search out the person. Also, dispatch need training to tell the public to stop wasting the police's time with calls about legal activity – what's next? Someone calling because they saw someone stepping on the cracks in the pavements.
Not too bad of an interaction… Should tell them to have dispatchers let them know it's legal, and ask them what kind of threat they feel makes their call warranted??
