I love the LWRC skirmish sites that mine came with, they are top of the line and nothing I've found is better

The glass is both thick and hard on the Eotech. Any force that would shatter it would likely bend a front sight post anyway. Also the glass has been tested and even if cracked still give a clear holographic reticle

No more than a DI gun. Remember in a DI gun you still have the hot gas tube under the handguards. I have a WML mounted right next to the gasport and its been holding up. When rapidly shooting a mag or two I prefer either wearing Tac gloves or a VFG to hold it tho like any other AR

LWRC barrels dont have the M203 cut

that doesn't look like a signature LWRC barrel… did you paint that? it doesn't have the M203 cutout either.

The LWRC M6A2 being a piston gun does the front hand guard area get hot when shooting ?

What if rather than just fail the glass of your sight is shattered. Can you get it off quickly as well as pop up your sights??? Or do you consider that too unlikely to worry about. ?

Nice rifle man, I'm not a fan of the stubby vertical grips. I would go with a Tango Down, which also has a cut out for a pressure switch if you want to mount a weapon light.
Can also store spare batteries in the full size vertical grip.

Very, very nice rifle. I think it being piston drive and having the nickel boron bolt is a bit over kill. But as a cool factor I still like it. With the barrel and anti walk pins it will defiantly last forever. The only things I guess that could break would be maybe a spring or something. Very nice!

I would love to see a range time video with this rifle.
