So, the reason that I would say that it is not a good idea to call this kind of pistol an SBR is because the ATF has stated that if your intention is to make an SBR that the brace does not preclude you from paying the tax. This was widly mistaken as saying that you couldn't shoulder the brace but they we're just addressing people's intentions. So, is your intention to have a pistol with a brace or is your intention to have an SBR?
I bet if you remove the asr mount and direct thread the can you’ll find the balance more in line with perfection

I run Ryker grip on all my rifles, especially those that i run suppressed. It helps a ton on a nose heavy rig. As well as keeping your hand off a hot rail.
