what brand is that ar 15
Sounds kinda like Ron Swanson.
Will the sight loosen to fit a 22mm Picatinny rail?
The only difference between the two is that the 556 is Night Vision compatible, but the 516 is not. Years ago, I saved a few dollars by buying a 512 (not NV compatible) instead of the 552 (NV compatible) because I thought I would never need NV compatibility. Now that my 512 is pushing 10 years, I wish I had spent the extra money. Moral of the story: get the features you want – you’ll likely have it for a while!

One of the most well put together reviews i've watched so far. Thank you optics planet!
@maxwell0700 Yep, shooting with both eyes open helps with depth perception and peripheral vision. It comes in handy when you're in a situation which calls for increased awareness and faster target acquisition.
