I love the channel and currently a subscriber but I do have a question about this particular SBR you are doing a video on; can they be modified or do they offer an option to NOT have the flash can on there but maybe a suppressors or do they make any threaded barrels?
Serious question:
I posted on a reddit forum about building this as a HD and plinking gun instead of a BCM 11.5 inch that would be $400 more to buy the rest of the parts beacuse the BCM upper only comes with the upper reciever and barrel (non chf) and thats basically it for $440. I got alot of comments of people saying they would not trust thier lives with a budget gun from PSA and would spend more money just to build the BCM.
The PSA would be total probably $500 because id have to buy the lower reciever.
Do you guys feel the same way?
I haven't seen any reason to think the gun would fail from the multitude of videos i see about it on YouTube and the great reviews it has on PSA.

Check out Bear creek Arsenal. I bought a BCA 16” complete upper for 230 after tax and a complete lower from Palmetto State Armory for 130 and it runs like a dream.

I can answer the barrel test for mag particle and high pressure test . It has been because FN makes the barrel and they do that for every barrel they make.

Might seem like a dumb question but hopefully it looks like a legit question and maybe I can get a serious answer, so I just got home from the army I live in Cali, and I plan on being able to purchase my first firearm and etc.. however I hear so many ppl talk about the pros of building your own, now for someone like me how would I go about doing such thing? Is there like a course I need to go through to get a special licensure in order to buy parts online? I mean seems crazy but to see how many ppl do it like, idk. PSA is the best entry level I can imagine- it's price and specs easily match the entry offerings of Rock River, Smith and Wesson, Del Ton, Stag AT A LOWER price( literally can buy and assemble one for 229.00 for an upper and 169.00 for a complete lower- add a MOE BUIS for about 45.00 and thats an operational 450.00 AR- skanky Bushmaster and DPMS are still $ 200.00 for 1/9 twist 4140 cm steel barrels)
I built one for $320 with shipping. pulled everything plus the lower out of my mailbox
Just put together a PSA 10.5 pistol kit (my first "build") and ran about 200 rounds through it without a hiccup. Im hooked i hate them for all their good deals!
