no tripod mount? massive oversight.
How the hell has rangefinder technology made such an amazing leap forward? I just bought the Leupold 2800 for $450. Ranges to 2800 yards with 1/2 yard accuracy!
Sig will respond. They are the ones that started the affordable rangefinder that actually ranges a good distance. Can’t wait. Its good for us consumers.
I know you have probobly touched on this before, but have you had a chance to compare this with the Sig kilo 2000?
I'll buy when it has a tripod mount.
Seems like its killing my Bushy Elite 1600..
So what's your opinion of it now? It's been awhile and now they're on sale so I'm really thinking about grabbing one.
Great review… Does this have the stabilized feature like the Nikon MONARCH 3000?
Bought one after watching this. For 450 I don’t think you can beat it. My last one cost about half as much but it wouldn’t even make it to 1000 yards. Should be the last rangefinder I ever need
9:05 that’s what she said!
And those hits appear to be under a cloudy sky…still able to get readings. Time to upgrade my pre-2007 Nikon 400 (yard), lol. dude…….you probably just sold a lot of these.
Nikon coming out of left field with a $ to yardage game changer. This is fantastic! You may not be the largest channel on YouTube but you just sold a tuck load of these.
Did you use any phone app to verify distance? Plenty of apps that use GPS to measure distance.
nice
stil can't afford the toy though
Looks like it's pretty damn nice.
Was really hoping for some comparisons with measurements from Google Earth or a GPS measurement app.
Awesome Test!!! Impressive!!! 🙂
That seems like something to save up for. I would be happy with one that could do around 2000 yards. The LRSU do the one mile milk jug challenge, will be looking for one for that right now. When you go to get rid of that one can you let me know 😃
$400 for that?….Quite worth it.
I forgot about you.
Nikon is anti hunting….
Dang at those ranges you would need to call for indirect fire.
Dang, that's pretty darn good look's to me. Maybe I need to get one of these when I can.
