PRO TIPS:
-Degrease all fasteners and use blue loctite
-Use a marker and mark the gas block and barrel so you can reinstall it in the same position. For reliability!
-Torque the barrel nut to at least 35ftlbs and no more than 85ft lbs.

for got safety you failed to torquing barrel nut and flash suppressor per manufacture sepc
doesn't the use of the lock tight act as a lubricant when the heat of the gun breaks it down??
