I mentioned in the video to use a 3/16″ drill bit…use a 1/8″ drill bit to check barrel nut and gas tube inlet alignment.

Quad rails are so ancient now lol jk but thanks for the video, I will be using this in my first complete build.
You don't need Loctite on the endcap, the holes are for flat head screws in the sides of the forearm. You should also use anti-seize on the barrel nut and compensator threads. Other than that criticizm, good video!

The front of the handguard looks like a bit like the dial of a rotary phone. Maybe you could put numbered discs in the holes.

im gonna build a ar i dont have the parts yet but its gonna be a project and do i need a gas system if i have a buffer tube?
Is the hand guard end cap not on center? Can't tell if it's the angle of the camera or not. Other than that nice build!
