I took my CMMG 10.3″ AR15 on another range trip. This time I fired 50rds of Prvi M193 55gr FMJ and 80rds of Federal XM193 55gr FMJ. All cycled 100%, but the Prvi didn’t hold the bolt carrier back after each magazine was emptied. The new Magpul MOE handguard that I installed gives me a better feel.

@ChromeDove The Federal XM193 has worked 100% for me without any primer issues. It cycles the action of this SBR better than the other ammo that I've tried.
Nice rifle. I have an M4 and shot 100 rounds of the American Eagle 55.6 and had no mishaps. I recently purchased 100 rounds of the Federal XM193. Before I heard they are famous for breaking primers. I haven't used them and am afraid they might damage the rifle. Good to see that you had no mishaps.
