A must have kit for any AR owner. Cheap practice shooting for the AR. I recommend use of only Federal .22 LR rounds for this (as they recommend from CMMG)

Will this hurt my rifle or damage my barrel?
Just got mine delivered today. Thanks for the input. Like you're pointing out, "Hey, it's an inexpensive toy, not intended for personal defense."
Thanks
MDPrepper, is it normal to see little scratches or blemishes in an upper reiciever after fireing 1500 rounds of .22lr in a AR15 .22 conversion? Just asking since I just bought this rifle not to long ago, It is a Windham Weaponry MPC M4A4. My concern is right after I shot 1500 in a day through my AR and when I was cleaning it I noticed what seemed to be small little indentions where the bolts rails were, there not that deep at all but they git get through the anodized coating of my upper.
My federal amm didnt work so good.. guess i bought the wrong box… I got the game shok not the value pak.. getting 1 or 2 errors other then this things fun.. its seems alot quieter then a normal 22 anyone notice that?
No I think they are closed. Maybe tomorrow.
I e-mailed CMMG a couple of pictures. I been using the Federal Bulk ammo.
Thanks, I think I know what is causing my problem. I was having a lot of extraction problems. After looking closer at the Bolt Carrier I noticed the part on the back is welded on cockeyed. I am surprise it worked at all.
Good review, tells me what I want to know.
You should see if that'll cycle Aguila SSS (60gr) bullets. That would be awesome.
