Just showing off a great gun with good optics. Ruger really does make quality scope rings, and the #4’s fit perfect for a Nikon P223 4×12-40mm scope. Video was filmed by a LG G3 in 1080p

Does your ejected casings hit your windage turret?
Do you consider this Nikon scope a 'quick target acquisition' scope? Say for use in a relatively close quarter combat scenario? Or is a red dot better? I love the nikon scope, just don't know if (even with practice) it's good for close quarter use, i.e, 100 feet or less. Please, id love to hear your advice. thank you.
What gr of ammo does the new barrel like the best? Nice mini! I plan on ordering the same barrel.
I'm new to rifles and scopes. I just put a Nikon P 223 scope (1.5 x 4.5) onto a Ruger mini 14 Ranch Rifle and the scope's crosshairs, i.e., the 'verical' one is well to the right of the rifles front site blade. Is this a problem? I haven't shot the rifle yet. I see that your rifle doesn't have a front site blade. Any info would be a help. Thank you
