I found out how to disable the strobe feature on my TLR-1 HL after talking to a friend the other day and wanted to share the information. I find the strobe mode distracting, as I have inadvertently activated it when I’m doing quick momentary flashes of my light, and am glad Streamlight included a way to turn it off.

The strobe feature kept me from buying the tlr1 hl, but now that I see this feature can be disabled it's a game changer. Thanks for the quick to the point video.
Does anyone know if the TLR1s strobe can be disabled? 800 lumens might be too bright for my 900sq.ft domain.

The strobe is for disorienting an attacker. It's a great feature.
