  1. So this light is a M10 Maverick with a 500 lumen for 5 min feature. The difference between 350 and 500 lumen is negligible and the Maverick had a far superior interface. I would have just loved a new updated Maverick myself. Not sure why they stopped making the Maverick but this is a step backward IMO. I wish they would make a light using a 18350 in this style with a recessed tail switch.

  2. Be very careful with Olight! I bought an Olight R50 PRO/LE Kit approx. three weeks ago, the AC charger failed with in the first week, contacted Olight,( over two weeks ago), still waiting for some kind of reply…so be very careful when and where you spend your money!

  3. Good afternoon, thanks for the great comparo! From my old duty days I have a box of Sure Fires, and SF has not been real forthcoming on repair/parts for some of these units.( 9Z, etc..) Got any resources that come to mind, online stuff? TY again…

  4. Good review. Thank You. Figures, as I just replaced a broken flashlight. I'm too hard on lights to pay $80-ish for one, but this is very reasonably priced. Next time.

  5. Went to the web site, they are having a huge sale, 40% on some items the M1T being one of them. found out there store is in my home town Marietta Ga….went down to the store picked up a M1T and a PL- MINI for the Glock, 400 Lm on sale also, they actually have a nice line up. and are pretty solid. We will see ! If it can handle the Glock recoil. which is what they say it was designed for.

  6. I love your shirt, brother – that's pretty clever/funny. Thank you for the review as well. I'm always looking for reliable, quality flashlights for EDC/work/utility.

I'm curious about the company since I'm really only familiar w/ Streamlight. I've spent the last half-decade w/ several Streamlight models; one of which has served me very well for over 1000 days of EDC. Aside from the expected rubbing off of anodizing on certain parts, it has survived rough use in environs ranging from heavy dust, rain, dirt/mud (stink mud, at that), submersion in river(s)/lakes/my pond, several drops from chest or waist-level (and a couple from much higher), and the routine wear and tear that comes w/ having something on your person practically 24/7/356.

Lesser gear quickly makes itself conspicuous and is subsequently disposed of.

Good, reliable equipment can make the difference between a smooth day, or a major pain in the ass. For some people, good equipment can literally make the difference between life and death.

    Thanks for your review.

  7. I swear to God every gun channel is entirely dedicated to doing these Olight sale videos. It's all I see in my sub feed. I know you guys need money, and I don't begrudge you that. But man, the absolute bombardment…
